9 Day Thai Wellness Itinerary

Trip Details

Day 1: Arrive in Bangkok – you will be transferred to the Green House Hotel, where you will check-in and be met by someone from our team who will welcome you to Thailand. You will be briefed on the itinerary, given any tickets you need, and you will have the rest of the evening at your leisure.

Day 2: Bangkok Full Day Tour and Overnight to Koh Tao - Today you will embark on a full-day tour of the city of Bangkok, experiencing some of the most unique and exciting attractions in the city. You will visit the Wat Arun, Wat Po and Grand Palace Temples and also enjoy the alluring city on water with a relaxing Canal Boat tour. After this day of fun, you will begin your overnight journey to Koh Tao in the evening.

Day 3: From today the trip is unguided, but you will have all the information you need regarding any your transfers and accommodation at hand. After arriving in Koh Tao, and checking into your hotel, the rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 4-7: Wellness – Each morning you have 1.5hr session of your chosen wellness class; Yoga, Muay Thai or crossfit. The rest the day is your own to explore the beauty of Koh Tao.

Day 8: Full Day Snorkelling and Diving – You will jump on a boat and be taken to over seven diving and snorkelling spots, including the renowned diving location Koh Nang Yuan. You will see some of the most fascinating under-water creatures and coral. This is the perfect way to end eight days of exhilarating activities in Thailand.

Day 9: End of Trip – let's face it, all good things must come to an end, and you have come to the end of your fascinating Thailand Wellness experience. We look forward to hosting you again!
